Last night was the Matamata District Digi Awards at the Intermediate in town! It was a great night and we saw all the finalist enteries from all the other schools. Hinuera School was well represented with quite a handful of our classmates making the finals! In our eyes, Ava was the star of the night and won the award for Best Photo Story in the Year 4-6 category! Well done to Ava, and to the others that got involved! No doubt we are all looking forward to next years Digi Awards now that we all
know what to expect :)

You are right Mrs Corkill the photos do tell a story and well done on winning for all the others who entered the Digi awards and a big well done for who made it into the finals.

DeleteWe all had different ideas and plans, which all fit together very well.
Hopefully I will have time to do a Digi Award next year, I would really like to do an animation.
DeleteYou are right Mrs Corkill everyone had amazing entries. Ava had a great example of how milk get's in our tummies. Ava I guess you live on a farm,have cows and calves. That is were it all begins, you are right. I love the poster, nice cowshed. Help milk the cows, I don't, I can't reach!
