The value of the week is Courtesy. Room 7 decided that courtesy is all about treating others nicely, showing respect and being polite. How do you show courtesy to the people around you??

  1. I think Kahikatea are already a courteous bunch but it is always a good thing to practice! I like the way they listen to each other without butting in and how they look at the speaker while they are waiting for their turn. I think they use "please" and "thank-you" most of the time too. I will check later in the week!

  11. I was courteous by waiting my turn at hockey practice, and when my sister Is annoying me I just walk of or ignore her. At the dinner table I always wait my turn to speak which my dad has commented on which makes me fell proud, and by what Kahikatea has been saying I think they are as courteous as I am, well done Kahikatea!
